Musk Lorikeet
Behaviour: highly energetic, and social
Breeding notes: Breeding from August to January, musk lorikeets (Glossopsitta concinna) typically lay two eggs per clutch, which take 22–24 days to incubate and 50–60 days to hatch. They favour nesting boxes that are deep, tiny, and lined with wood. They are lively, non-aggressive breeders who do well in solitary pairs when kept in captivity.
