Blue Fronted Amazon (Population Decreasing)
Behaviour: Loving, protective expecially when hormonal
Breeding notes: Between the ages of three and five, blue-fronted Amazons usually attain sexual maturity. They usually begin breeding about this age, though some may exhibit interest sooner. In their natural habitat, the breeding season is primarily August through December, but in captivity, it frequently coincides with spring (March–June). Two to four eggs make up a clutch. Incubation is around 26 to 30 days. At 10 to 12 weeks of age, chicks usually fledge.
